"This review is for their trash pickup. I switched to Klumm about 3 years ago after 4 awful years with Republic. You have no idea how awful bad trash pickup is until you experience it. It got to the point Republic was missing a pickup once a month. Their customer service was non existent and took forever to talk to a person which frequently meant loading trash into my car. Klumm is night and day difference only time they ever missed me was during construction I called talked to a person immediately and they sent someone out in a pickup within an hour to grab it. I also appreciate they don't throw my can who knows where and their prices are competitive. Ditch the big guys and go local!"
